Emotional Rescue"(Early Long Version) wasn't new stuff? or I miss that it's been already available on any other boots?

When I saw the artwork of the back cover, I thought "this Emotional Rescue" take must be the classic outtake as on "Claudine 2LP".

But after reading your post, I have downloaded this 2CD rip. I wanted to be sure.

This ER take is (to my ears) very very very doubtful. It seems a "homemade" faked mix with modified percussion intro, an additional cheap keyboard a lot of reverb and delay effects on the whole recording.

In a few words, it does not sound genuine. (again, to my ears).

What is your opinion, keithpinkmoon ?

And I'd like to have other people's opinion.

I'm not sure whether it's a fake or not, either. However, the only thing I can say is that I couldn't feel it is by professional works - especially those delay effects - as you feel.

I'm not sure whether it's a fake or not, either. However, the only thing I can say is that I couldn't feel it is by professional works - especially those delay effects - as you feel.

It sounds a bit fishy, indeed, but I can't tell for sure. It's well possible that someone out there "stretches" the limited available material in order to milk the most out of the bootleggers, if one also takes the recently and more obvious fakes into account.
