They can not tell when it will be my turn

I can follow these steps but I'm afraid I have to put it back on, in that case making screenprints from the original settings should help me ,,,,,,

unfortunately, our ISP doesn't run a dual-stack.

in fact that is the problem, if it did we probably wouldn't even be having this conversation.

I hadn't even noticed that my ISP had gone over to native IPv6 because of the dual-stack.
It's not like the UK to be ahead of the game.
German engineering eh?

Setting your Windows to use IPv6 does not necessarily mean that your router is set to handle IPv6. In general, the world is still IPv4. It's very odd if any ISP would (knowingly) drop support for it.

No. Its Up and running but not everyone can access it right now.

It's coming back online incrementally. Most should be able to get in now. My PC came back online first but it took the iPad 3 days longer...it's all coming together...

I have noticed that it can take quite a while for people to get connected to other peers, then speeds are normal.

Also, I've had to disable the firewall checking for the time being, it normally won't send you info for peers that are firewalled, but at the moment it might do.

I'm not aware of anything changing though and torrents are running.

sorry for asking this question again, but does anyone know the status or the issue pertaining to the EL site ? It's been down for quite sometime, I gathered from the last time I asked that the were working on it. Does anyone have any updates ? thanks in adavance

The site is still up and working mate, but still the same access problems for people without IPv6 I'm afraid.

You should be able to get in with

but your torrents won't work.

Another solution might be "IPv6 for Idiots".

The first thing to do is to try this site and see what it tells you:

If it says that IPv6 is supported then there maybe something that can be done, if not then you are probably stuck.

There is a free tunnelling service [here] that will probably get you into the site but it won't allow you to download torrents, which as Rank Stranger has commented, is like going to a brothel without your Viagra (no I don't have that problem either but he is a friend so I don't like to keep reminding him - oh, I just have, sorry mate )

The 'good' news is that you aren't missing anything, apart from a few Dylan torrents and one or two others, there isn't much going on.
(It's a bit like that brothel without Rank Stranger in fact.)

We have decided to allow people who can get in but not download to post files for download in the forum (provided they meet the normal site rules for torrents - essentially torrents but put into a zip or rar file) but I don't see that it would be much help for you guys here because that is what you do anyway.

thank you for your quick and hilarious answer! I followed your advice and took the IPv6 test, sorry to say the result was negative (usually it´s vice versa, isn´t it?). No can do.

But anyway, the "good" news were actually good, so thank you once again.

My provider still can not tell when they roll out ipv6, at least the employees in the phonegroup

After a 2nd request, there was a girl asking me what site was unavalable.
As if that would solve the problem. She even didn't know what I answered was incomplete (without synology.me) and to my opinion she never heard of ipv6.
In the end she advised me to send in a new request in a month
They have no idea what seems to be the problem.
Next time I will write a letter adressed to a manager.

Today I had a 2nd chat with my provider.
They are still busy launching DE Full, this sofar only on modems Connectbox en Technicolor 7210. I do have the latest modem, but when the needed kabeling is not connected to the area where I live, than it still will not do me any good.
