Here is the well-known performance of "Around and Around" featured in Gather Moss newsreel by British Pathe.
The original version utilized shots from several camera angles (4 cameras filmed the band and 2 cameras filmed the audience), however the version featured here is the SINGLE CAMERA shot, which camptured the band the closest.
It became possible to produce this version using both, the "official" clip and the "rushes" shared by British Pather separately. The latter was originally silent and had many cuts that ended up in the "official" version. I spliced back all these pieces to restore the original sequence and added back the audio track. To my excitement, the resulting clip ran almost continously, save for minor frame dropouts. So i decided to share it with you

I suspect that the film was recorded silently before the concert began and that the Stones mimed to the studio version for the filming. The only shots of the band that actually include the audience are taken from the back of the auditorium or from behind.
All sounds were then added post-production.
All of the outtakes that British Pathé have posted are silent.

So, here we go.
Second camera angle added. This was filmed with less zoom on the band and it is mostly focused on Jagger.
The "rushes" were missing a 14 second segment, so, comparing to the previously posted version, this one has a small gap. Still, looks nice
