Only demo I, II and III are fragments from the same take. The shorter demo IV is a different take with more Keith vocals. Zentgraf has listed correctly only 2 versions of Cookin' Up.

1-3 are not variations or fragments of the same take, they're different, but similar rehearsal takes recorded in a row. Something like the Jig-Saw Puzzle takes on the 2nd Satanic Sessions box.
