No, it is not.

This 256th re-issue of old-good bootleg DVD. If you'll check the jacket, you'll see the date - 2004. The official edition of the same gig (with much better video quality) was issued 10 years later, in 2014.

Let me put it this way - this show was issued and re-issued million of times on different bootlegs using the same source VHS and different home-made-do-it-yourself approaches to the sound. Thus the title of the thread is kind of misleading. Maybe this particular edition of the DVD is rare (and has certain value for hardcore-have-them-all collector, which I doubt). However, the show and alternative versions of the DVD (bootlegs and official version) clearly are not rare.

This gig was live broadcasted and every one with a video recorder who was interested put it on a vhs, beta, u-matic tape.
I've got it from someone in jan. '82. (EDIT POST: I'm European)
Stupid to sell it now as ""RARE IMPORT"" Like this is a copy from one of the tapes.
This dvd is brought out, How many years? I myself can't remember.
As foolish as can be to try to sell it now as a bootleg version.

Let's see buy the official release CD/DVD set for like what a quarter of the asking price or buy a bootleg of who know what quality? Jeez that's a no brainer .Anyway what are you getting a piece of the bootleg action ?

Actually, I payed a lot for old Jointrip bootleg version of this DVD. But it was some 10-12 years ago. And those days there was no official DVD-CD combo. Bootleg was the only version. But for sure today bootlegs of this show are obsolete.
