Seriously; I don't understand what the problem is?
You say that you "have the bootleg and the video", so what's keeping you from watching it on your PC/smart TV?
It will be in better quality than Youtube.
But if you need it in another format, I can upload the video as an mp4 to Wetransfer, you unpack it and then watch it on your PC/smart TV (or burn it on a disc), just let me know (I'm converting the DVD9 version to mp4 at the moment, and when that's done, I can make rar files and upload to WT)

I have the bootleg and the video, but I can't seem to figure out how to burn it to disc, is there a chance that the video could be uploaded to Youtube? If not, I understand. Many, many thanks, and a million thanks to the original uploader. Your work is tremendous!
