when you are going to create a rar file you will notice below in the screen "split to volumes"
enter 2000 MB

Open Winrar and choose "Create New Archive":
Browse for the folder you want to compress and then click in the new screen on "browse" to choose the folder where the rar files should be stored:
Click on "Next":
Enter 2000 in the empty box:
Choose "MB" in the small dropdown menu:
Press on the second button (voltooien in the Dutch version):
Winrar will start making archives (and put the 2000 MB parts in the folder you choose)
And this is the result:
