It's the Super8 film Robert Frank used for the cover of Exile On Main Street. He took individual frames to make it up. The cover, by the way kids, was reviled as absolutely awful.

This edited concert footage looks like it was excerpted from CS Blues, with stage scenes from Los Angeles, Philadelphia, San Francisco, and elsewhere.
