Anyone willing to sort out and list all the titles available for these 2 legendary shows? I just got only DaC 4CD set so I assume there are more out there.

Hmm, so maybe you can direct me stright to so called master / low gens tapes from where all these boots are made? I would like to try to work on it on my own to see if I can upgrade it a little bit.

The best releases of the 1st show are Pot Boiler on VGP or the SODD
Liver Than You'll/They'll Ever Be which is probably the same, more or less.

The sound for the second show is already briliant. The first one's really good as well. What about Phoenix, wh. is far too into the VUs, West Palm Beach, wh. suffers from warble due to low tape batteries, and LA #2 69, wh. suffers again from distortion.

Anyone got raw low gens from which these titles have been made?

Ok, here goes..."Liver Than You'll Ever Be - Deluxe Edition 2015" ..."A 2015 GRH Production" is all it says as far as a label goes...

Hope this comes out well as it is my first attempt with wetransfer...the link is good until Feb 15th....

Please let me know if there is something that can be done better with this...I also have a pretty identical version on the Beelzelbub label "Even More Liver Than You'll Ever Be" and a two disc version on the Tarantura label if anyone is interested...and thanks to the community at large for all the great stuff through the years...

Thx! So these are raw tapes, not mastered editions, right?

Can I get a witness? I mean, is there somebody who can listen to these to verify their rawness? We don't want pkrl5758 to have gone out of his way to do this only to discover he's working with an already adulterated source.

The original raw tape has(to my best memory) a couple of drop outs in JJF and the intro to Under Mt Thumb dropped out. When Cool Hand from SM/ Turd On The Run remastered the tape for the anniversary release years ago he used a piece of the first verse of JJF to repair the drop out in the last verse and (if I'm not mistaken) a piece of san diego 69 for the intro to Under My THumb. That's why I laughed years later when Tarantula bragged in their liner notes how much time and effort they spent on their remaster when they just cloned Turd's release and Cool Hands efforts. I have to search for it because I haven't listened to the tapes in years but Steve Kinney sent me a copy of his 2nd gen copy of the raw tape.So mine would be 3rd gen I guess. Of course I would be relying on the honesty of the trader but anyone that knew Steve would probably agree you could take what he told you to the bank.Sadly he is no longer with us.

So, there are no longer masters in circulation, right, and only 2nd gen copies are the closest ones to the masters?
