Hey, really cool, top work, thanks. I always thought it was a shame that it didn't or couldn't make it to the "From The Vault" DVD catalogue which mostly followed the "Officially Authorized" audio releases. In this audio quality, this partly makes up for it, maybe more than just that.

Is there any artwork?

Hi Kevin, thanks of course for uploading this but i'm wondering if you could also upload as 16 bit as I can't burn it to disc. I've tried converting it myself using 'wavosaur' but I just get 15 tracks with no music.........ok, hopefully that'll be ok, thanks

The source is a flat transfer from this vinyl (24/96Khz). Then I remixed every track with tools like ADX Trax Pro, iZotope & Audition so that MT and KR are much more audible.

Last step I resampled them to 24/48Khz) because there wasn't any info above 48Khz. Makes me think the master which was used for this vinyl pressing was also 24/48Khz).

I have used lplex and it works for me.

There are a dozen of tools which can convert 24 bit to 16/44.1 redbook format.

here'is how to convert the hi-res (hr) file to 16/44.100 with foobar2000

1. download and install
foobar2000
encoder pack
resampler-v dsp plugin

2. drag the hr files to foobar2000 main window

3. configure file conversion:
* select all music files
* right-click and select "convert" > "..."
- output format:
* format: flac, level 5 (default)
* output bit depth: 16
* dither: always
- destination:
* output folder: ask me later.
* output type: convert each track to an individual file,
* name format: /%artist%/%album%/%filename%
- processing:
add "resampler (sox)" to active dsp list,
configure resampler for xxx00 "target samplerate" (your choice here: 44100)
- other: when finished: "replaygain-scan output files as albums" and "transfer metadata (tags)".

optionally
select "transfer attached pictures" if the files have embedded artwork.
if you have a cover art jpg in the folder, put *.jpg in the box labelled "copy other files..."
* save this configuration as "hr to 16/xx" preset; so you can easily use it again
- press "convert"; be sure to specify an output folder different from where the original files are located

as artwork you can choose the original artwork,
