Meanwhile I found out that if you use the "catch up" feature on Channel 4 (available for the next 29 days), you can see the blocks with commercials (they are in a lighter gray on the timeline).
If you do a fast forward and just watch those blocks of commercials, they will disappear after you watched them.
Result; as soon as you have watched all commercials, you can go back to the beginning of the movie, start it, capture it (I use Camtasia 8) and the result will be without commercials.
