I think what he said was he did some trades he was interested in, and for a select few who really pleaded their case he offer to sell them a copy. His reward for doing that was to have his personal info posted.

I suspect this will be widely available in the near future. I hope he is not discouraged from offering new material because of the bad manners of a few.
