I did typ to look for Mick Taylor and found this track.
Sounds like Mick, so must be.
Mick did play with Tonky Blues Band on these dates;

MT 2001.12.22 Tonky Blues Band - Clamores
MT 2001.12.23 Tonky Blues Band - Clamores
This track from YouTube must have been played on another ocasion, for is is not in the tracklists on these days.
Yes, that's right, the track comes from this CD. MT is credited to play on it on four other tracks though.

The singer is Tonky De La Pena of Tonky Blues Band. Are you sure it's Mick Taylor on guitar?

But my "blind" guess is that this is the studio track recorded for the LP from 1992 Tonky Blues Band "Piedra Rodante" featuring Mick Taylor.
