ELL is currently running okay.

I think there's a rule, that you get kicked out if you don't login once within three months?!!

Your registeration has to be approved before you get full access.
This is normally done within the day.

if you don't log in within 90 days you (should) get an email and another 7 days to log in. If you still don't log in then your account will be deleted, this is an automatic system and it keeps our membership fairly constant and active.

as letitloose says, you have to be validated by a member of the staff after joining but we are usually pretty quick to do that I think.

not only for to look if you can grab anything,
but also to check if your help is needed seeding!?

I usually check once or twice per day for new members, so it may take some hours worst case, but within a day.
