When I was sleeping off my jetlag this afternoon somebody entered my house and took my wifes, my daughters and my laptop, aswell as three 3 terrabite externals and two portabel externals.

I don't know what is left of my collection.

At the moment I am completely devistated.

The music collection is secondary now and of course we will help you to get it back, don't worry! Stay strong now!

Ofcourse it's a big loss, but guess I am lucky havng Stonesvault as a backup, al least for as far as uploaded and still valid links.
One of the externals was almost empty but had my downloads and torrents of the past 4 months. Hope most of the torrents will be able to be downloaded, and for StonyRoads uploads I had them already except one, and can ask for it at a friend.

I still do have my complete DVD collection for I was working on Jointrip fixes and uploads were running upstairs on my computer.
I still do have (3TB non label) audio and also what I call my Label/publisher audio.
I still have a backup for "the 50 years of dirty work".
I count my blessings for still having my complete Solo audio and DVD collection
+ I have a backup on on external from 2 months ago for my laptop had an error and needed an factory install.
Also do have a large number of cd-disks, but am affraid most are mp3 sourced.

Anyway, after a restless night, inspite of the loss, I still am in business.

Neighbours accross the street have seen 2 guys comming out of my house leaving the frontdoor open and leave in a with mini van, but can not give more information than this.
Leaving the door open now explains why the cat was outside.

As for the police; Nowadays you just have to fill out a form on the internet and than hope the will take action ..........

Eddy, thanks for your advice, I will check internet, but am affraid I can't prove the advertised stuff will be mine.

Hi Jaap, didn't you 'say' a year or so ago that you copied a HD for someone on iorr.............couldn't they copy it back for you?..........(If it's got stuff that's missing of course.........

The ones I've lost needed sorting and to be added to my excell, so don't know what is lost.

That was mean, Jaap, very mean!

When our dog still was alive he was loudly barking in the middle of the night and could not be stopped untill I shouted to shut up.
The next morning I did find out somebody broke in to my car and stole the carradio
Since than I react when I hear something strange while sleeping and get out of bed.

The true story

I realy was sleeping the afternoon on Mars 31 and heard somebody at the door and went downstairs to look and see.
Just after midnight I realised it had turned April 1th and made up this story.

Fact also is; We all have our laptops in the living room and I always have some externals laying around.
Hiding them has no use, thiefs know where to look, and carying them all upstairs each day is a risq for it realy can slip out of my hands and drop on the floor.

Ofcourse is was a bad joke, but still had some laughs.


Last night I started fixing Jointrip and Dr. Exile DVDs
At this moment I am deleting the old links and am checking if nothing is overlooked.
When done I will publish the new links (most likely April 2nd)
BTW - This honestly is no joke ><

Dear friend Jaap, today you have lost all your credibility, from now on we are going to doubt about every word you say or write...LOL Just kidding, hope you have had enough fun for today mate!

When I first read this before leaving for work I was gutted for you, As I have had hard drives stolen and know the feeling in the stomach. I did not have time to reply before going to work, but was thinking about you during the day and was going to offer to send my external hard drives for you to take what you needed. Got home tonight to read this.So glad it's April 1st. LOL!!

The April Fool spirit is alive and well. Just as much as there was shock/horror when reading your first announcement, it was a real feelgood moment to read it never happened. Made getting well and truly fooled all worthwhile. Now I don't need to mention the three golden rules - backup, backup, and backup.
