And many thanks of course to Midimannz to make a DVD9 out of those 3 DVD5's, with menu (with track choice), but also video and audio in sync.

Whatever you did fixed it BIG time! It is now downloading and uploading at 1MB!

My new NEW computer is now online - with 32 Gig RAM probably helps too. That's what I've been working on in the past week. Hopefully the rest of the tour will come out a bit quicker now

I don't feel it's necessary as
It's the same as the DVD9 shared already - just HD. It won't fit a dvd9 unless I lower the quality of the video.
