Thanks for the thought...it was one of the easiest tasks I actually got wrong!!
True, it takes time and care must be taken - but very interesting to come across such gems from the vast store of kitoise...and more to come cool smiley
Also, I must give (again) another massive thank you to Nico's site...truly essential for this sort of 'work'...

This was mentioned last time - the flacs play fine with PotPlayer, MPC & Windows Media Player but not with VLC.
Just like you, I converted to wav - played fine in VLC!
Answers on a postcard...or anybody to recommend another (free) flac to wav converter for me to try out on the next bunch of cassettes!!
