Looking at the stage and comparing with other footage, it must be the Palais Royale in 2002. (correct me if I'm wrong!)
Can't be Vilvoorde, I was inside, complete different setup

I always assumed that this footage was of the Palais Royale gig warm-up.

You're probably right. In any case, it's NOT Palais Royale; the stage background is different (palais Royale had several large "tongues" on the wall behind the band).

I have these on bootleg DVD called www.rollingstones.com volume three. This DVD serie (there are four volumes) is a must have. A lot of people were not on internet back then and these DVD's are a compilation of everything that was put on the official rolling stones webpage from 2002 (beginning of Licks Tour) until nov. 2006 (ABB Tour), including rehearsals (some complete, for example Streets Of Love, Toronto 2005), interviews, little docu's and live performances (some complete, for example It Won't Be Long, Hearbreaker, Back Of My Hand).

Can you please share a link with this DVD on WeTransfer ? I would really appreciate that as it is stuff in super quality you don't get to See in YouTube or anywhere else. I'm still wondering why they deleted it.
