A very good friend sent me the links to the COMPLETE 1964 T.A.M.I show in excellent quality.
Unfortunately this is an official DVD, so I can't share the links here...

You can tell America didn't know much about the Stones at that time - listen to the track that introduces the DVD - at about 1min 40 secs we're told that "The Rolling Stones from Liverpool" will be appearing on the show!!
