You need a premium account to put it long videos on YouTube. Most people don't have a premium YouTube account.

Anything you download from the Stones Vault is safe. Trust the Stones Vault. Also, anything I put up is safe. I rip it from CD or DVD and upload it to File Factory which is safe.

If you are that spooked about downloading then I suggest you buy a computer just for downloading. When you buy the computer make sure you get the back-up discs to restore everything to the factory settings. If anything goes wrong then just put in you back-up discs and your computer will be good as new. Dell offers these discs but you have to order them. Don't use your downloader (computer) for any personal stuff.

I'd be glad to help you but my time is little to deal with Stones stuff and I'm currently ripping every DVD and CD and downloading everything Stones. I don't have enough time to get my own shit in order and when I do rip Stones stuff I upload it for everyone to enjoy.

Also, YouTube is compressed and isn't the highest quality compared to what is uploaded. You need to get over this fear and at least trust certain downloads like the Stones Vault. Also, send them $25 and "All donors will be added to a private mailing list to receive lots of download links not posted to IORR."
