I'm really curious what this one will go for as I also have one. (Not the Australian version, but the real thing)

It depends. I've seen some crazy prices, which i understand for a mint copy. This, however, is not a mint copy. I think the starting price is right.

Still, it is very rare and I'm pretty sure you will get some higher bids!

RSM-1 is the expensive one.

RSM-1 is the expensive one.

RSM-1 was for the US market and RSD-1 for the UK/European market (or the reverse).
(According to "The Music Lover's Guide to Record Collecting")

So RSM or RSD, theyre both extremely rare (remember that these date back to 1969 and not many didn't survive)

RSM-1 is way more expensive than than RSD-1 and RSM-1 was for the UK market.

Take a look at Jans site here:

I Agree. RSM-1 is harder to find and has more value. Still, RSD-1 is nice to have as well and rare too (less than RSM-1)

Just out of curiosity, is this just a promo LP with the exact same versions as the original releases?

RSD-1 is a nice one to! Even though RSM-1 is the holy grail for Stones vinyl collectors, Jan even have a signed RSM-1 (yes, with Brian to!), and there only exist very few signed RSM-1. Value is hard to estimate, but i would say between $5000-8000 at least for a signed copy of RSM-1.

No.

RDS-1

"Prodigal Son" appears in a alternate stereo mix. It in mono on "Beggars Banquet".
All other songs are identical.

I don't if there are differences on RSM-1.

Is the alternate stereo mix from Prodigal Son released on a cd somewhere?

A signed RSM-1 w/ Brian? Virtually impossible.

Yes, the source is different, but it is the same stereo mix that appears on bootleg CD "R.S.V.P." (Cool Blokes) & "R.S.V.P. New Version" (Diamon Bucks)

Thank you for clarifying LiveAtHidepark. Much appreciated.

Wrong. Same version as on the original stereo release. Obviously you don't have the original promo album. Are you listening to a bootleg copy?

Wrong again. Stereo alright. Concentrate on the harmonica at one specific point. Leaves you without a doubt.
