Actually the digitally available version is not the single mix aka "Clearmountain mix" but what seems to be an edited version of the 12" mix. I don't think the Clearmountain mix was ever released in any digital form.
Edit : it looks like the new Bowie compilation (Nothing Has Changed) uses the single mix which seems to make its first appearence on CD.

BTW everybody, let there be no mistake. It's "Dancing In The Street" (singular), not "Streets" (plural). Was never ever the plural "Streets".
