uTorrent, 3.4.2 has been the cause of this problem several times, can you try an older version? preferably not 3.4.1 though, it's as bad.

personally I use 2.2.1 it's solid, not as fancy, but never any bother.

Got this in a trade some years ago and "rediscovered" it a few days ago.
It's proshot, from an unknown vhs-gen, absolutely watchable.
There are a few small dropouts, sound/picture (3 ?) & sound only (1), they are
from the original video source and are noticed on the screen.

The original artwork have it as from Uppsala May 5th, but I'm sure that it's from
the day before and from Stockholm. Redone artwork are included.

Muddy Track (filmed 1987) "It was foockin' terrible," said Neil Young of
his 1987 European tour, marked by audience riots, a backing band racked
by alcoholism, drug abuse and a decline in commercial standing so
dramatic that one radio interviewer told Young he thought he was dead.
Contrary as ever, Young decided this would be a good time to make a
documentary, which he shot himself, only to discover that no distributor
would take on a film made up of out-of-focus footage of Young and
members of his band rowing. "Muddy Track is not a documentary," he later
protested, adding: "I don't know what the foock it is."
