easiest way to mark tracks on large file?

I have New Orleans-81 under work,,but i can´t find a simple way to split tracks,,,i have audacity,it seems to be very difficult,,any other way? I´m losing my nerves here smiling smiley

just try "free audio editor", it's not that difficult

Hi!
Here's the way I do it:

1.) Convert the file into Wave with FormatFactory

2.) Track splitting with CdWave-Editor

3.) Convert the tracks into Flac with Trader's Little Helper,
be sure that you put a tick into the field
"Align On Sector Boundaries" and use "fix"!!

All these tools a easy to handle, even I can do it!!

I can't remember, if any of these tools want to install a toolbar on your pc,
if so, just say "No,thanks" ;-)

1. click to place the cursor at the start of the first (at #3: next) song
2. choose tracks > add label at selection [ if you wish, you can type now the name of the song in the label]
3. repeat steps 1 and 2 for each next song
4. when finished, choose file > export multiple....
....when you click the "export" button, audacity will save each song as a separate file, using the format and location you choose.
