I'm a big fan of the 1981 tour and this is suppose to be the worst show of the 81 tour and i just want to hear if it really is that bad

The worst sounding recording of the '81 tour is what you must mean. The show itself was one of their all-time best. Later that year Ronnie said that's where it all came together for them. (Something like that in RS Mag). 27 songs including Tops & Star Star.

Hey... this was meant as an anniversary response. It's still Oct. 3 where I live. The next day show was great as well and there is a very nice sounding boot.

The Boulder shows were terrific, they have the energy of 1978 but not the slickness of Nov/Dec 1981. Especially the 1st Boulder show is great. Quality is not bad at all.
The worst *sounding* shows of 1981 were the Richfield shows plus 2nd Houston. Boulder is not even close.

The only musical disaster of Boulder 1981 is Street Fighting Man......
