Printing out artwork

Was wondering if anyone could help me, I am having the hardest time printing out artwork for my bootlegs. I can't get the sizes right, I know the exact measurements and have tried to resize them in various programs but nothing I do seems to work. If I print them directly from sites like ilovemickjagger or whatever else they don't come out the right size either. Thanks in advance if anyone could help me.

I use a programm "Nero Cover Designer"
You find it in burning program Nero 6,
the measurements of the cover are predefined, you put the photo of the cover and resize them a lot easy

CD back 5.93 x 4.63
