I am blocked for months now (until further notice) and donnot know why.

If you are blocked, it's because you made a double account, after your first account was stopped from downloading because of bad ratio

If you get a 2nd chance please SEED what you've leeched.

On torrent sites you don't download anything à la Rapidshare : you borrow the music from the person who got it before you and you have to give it to the person who'll come after you.
So sometimes you have to wait...

my pc is only up and running when i need it...so can't re share all of the time right..

... or you have to restrict yourself to a handful of selected torrents.

Grabbing old torrents, where there are no leechers left to seed on to is also a ratio-killer. Not to mention grabbing DVD torrents...

In fact $20 at HC will get you 52GB of upload credits (40GB + 1500 points which gets you another 12 GB )
