CD 01 is on a japanese release of "The Marque Club"
and it was possible to download CD 10 legally.
(Wonder why I can't find it as a CD)

Does the 3rd 2013 box set have the wrong show on most discs (like my original box set)?

I can recommend the Zurich 06 release. That's one of the few times for ABB Tour that they used a great tape source. Sounds almost like a not perfect soundboard.
