I acknowledge the great efforts that people have gone to in putting these sorts of things together. Full credit to everybody involved. I know it's the best footage that can be found, but let's face it, these DVDs are, unfortunately, still virtually unwatchable.
Try as I might, I just can't stomach footage often taken from great distances and heights from the stage, and which often jags around in the camera holder's hands, unevenly zooming in and out, coupled with nearby audience members ya-hooing and yelling "go Mick!" and stuff like that. I want to be open about this, and that's from an early stage, I've been hoping that a commercial release will be made of this first 02 performance, especially as Bill joined the group on stage for the first time in almost 20 years. Special mention for Mick T appearing as well.
So a
for all the effort, and a big
awaits a commercial DVD some time soon. Does anybody else feel the same way?
