No problem, Kike! I decided to call it "re-post" as the only difference compared to Ludwig's version is that my one consists of a DVD. Not a single video-file. Although the source is the same (it's the only one of that night) there are two different artworks existing - and I chose the one I liked a bit more
Yes, you extract the "small_files" folder and add its content to the VIDEO_TS.

No, in my opinion it is a very good audience DVD - sound- and picturewise. Definitely worth watching it!
