Is anyone else having trouble with the FileFactory links? I've been getting 'Server Unavailable' for a month.

the only links on filefactory that i've been able to download from recently is stuff that's been uploaded this month and anything else just sends me on an endless loop of reloading the download page over and over again without working

i'm in the united states by the way if it matters

can anyone elsewhere in the world download older links on filefactory right now?

Yep - in free mode, after the countdown and when the 'Download Now' button appears, it just starts a new download page with another countdown and after that the same game again.

Maybe someone should contact the FF support - [www.FileFactory.com] - but the support form has also flaws when trying to send it: "The string did not match the expected pattern".

Does it work if you pay to subscribe? Anyone know?

FileFactory seems currently to have serious server issues (Error 403). And sign-in is not possible due to "An unexpected error occurred". The alternative Google login says "404 - Page Not Found".

But now their FF plug-in shows errors again (Invalid API response).

Thanks for the responses irix and guytout. FF and the vault were nice while they lasted like the old rocksoff tracker. Thanks to all involved. Those looking for a boot should just post a reup request here I guess.

Having some trouble posting my original message with complex quoting and links, so here's a simplified version:

FileFactory has been non-functional for months now. A quick Google search surfaced this explanation from Reddit:

"Andy from FileFactory" posted this Jan 9, 2026 at 10:23?AM to "Sneaky":

"Hi Sneaky, just to keep you in the loop. I'm down for good reason. we received a ransomware infection which went deep. cut through all the fire walls and infected 479 servers. we have backups but when we wiped and started again they hit us again and we went dark-off line. The data base was infected but luckly not the backup files. they asked too much and I could'nt pay. I'm creating a new site but it wont be called Filefactory as we havent found the zero day yet and untill we do just those who have premium and lifetime will have access as long as they dont log out they should be fine. Ive checked all their ip and sifted out the hackers and she seems to be stable."

The post also includes an offer for people to sign up and pay, which I have omitted and personally DO NOT endorse anyone doing. If the Reddit post is genuine and accurate, FF has nonetheless failed to communicate this directly to its end users for months.

The statement "we havent found the zero day yet" means he doesn't know how he got hacked. Not very confidence inspiring for the future of FF/New FF.
