The VGP CD came already out before the official DVD was released. Also there were bootleg DVDs in excellent quality and stereo sound before the official release. Maybe botleggers somehow got hold on the tapes that were later officially released.

I think that the VGP release You Can't Do That Baby is taken from the dvd. And the sound quality is excellent. Maybe look for that one?
