It might have been remastered to sound like a phone recording. If it was really a soundboard it didn't need to be messed with. It's like putting a moustache on the Mona Lisa.
He can't because there is no raw soundboard recording.
The closest thing might be an ALD or IEM but even then is its questionable.
Why do people loop outtakes to create outfakes ? A question this OP has never answered..."Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me" as they say !
