I'm still wondering, too - does anyone have or know about the version described as:
from The Ultimate Guide
The original recording featuring long intro/real fade and lacking the (mistakenly inserted?) doubled segment of [the version on many bootlegs]
as opposed to the common version:
Messed-up track which over the years has been released on various bootlegs.
