When listen in the end (ex. after 4'45) they were lots of studio effects (echos...) as on the remixes versions, I cannot imagine they started to use them in the first version and not after.
So IMHO it's a later version (must be compar with the other official remixes) perhaps a mix of different versions created by someone?
I think that Nico's #1 version is only a supposition and never circulated
