Max, so you missed the boat, as we say it here. We're all fishermen here (except the Limburgians who are afraid of water but are phenomenal uphill walkers), wearing wooden shoes, as you know. Of course those wooden shoes are orange coloured. If not, you surely miss the boat.
Btw: I never saw a personal report of the Kansas 81 show with Taylor on this board.

No, Together at Last has combined the two shows together.
That's not one complete show. The first half is the other concert, then I think from Let it bleed it's the show with Taylor, I'm not sure it's till the end.
I had it for years untill I read about this in the German Stones collector's magazine Basement News.
Later the two concert were released complete from new sources.
The one with Taylor in soundboard, the other one in exellent audience, almost soundboard quality.
Together at last is a copy of an earlier Japanese release and not the best source to get this concert. There is a drop-out (a silence of a couple of seconds) during Black Limousine.

Is "Together At Last" the audience recording from the 14th? If so, it would be great if someone could post that here.
@kleermaker: on just this site, there have been two personal reports from the 12/14 show. One fellow says Taylor was there for the entire show.

I've the two "new" sourches as European digipacks with both as title "Crossfire hurricane", but you can get the Taylor show on a couple of different releases: Guitar on slaught is the DAC version, I believe?!

OK, thanks to all for the info.
It seems the search continues for the audience recording from the 14th.

I've no clue how to do that.
The show with Taylor you have anyway, Guitar on slaught is the same source as the one I have as Crossfire Hurricane with Taylor.
Ask Keesie, he has almost everything!

I will ask my girlfriend to look into it, 'cause I'm a "computerdummy".
I realy don't understand all you're talking about, but thanks for your time trying to explane.

Thanks, vancouver.
I suspect most of what we hear from Taylor here is feedback.
Does the feedback here come mostly from the audience recording?
Can you post the entire audience recording?
Thanks again!

I looked in the attic and found the right Basement News issue.
It's nr 33 from september 2003.
I will type it for all who is interested.
The first release was Kansas City'81 from the Japanese bootleglabel Hot Lips.
The same tracks and sources wer used for:
Did we meet sonmewhere before on VGP
Fife is not enough on Rare life treats LTCD
Together at last on Unbelievable Music
Well... comeback my sweetheart on Shaved disc
Then in 2003 you got the two Crossfire Hurrican releases on a nameless label,
wich -and I quote B.N.- will change all previously work about "Kansas".
Crossfire Hurricane KC1/2
live in Kansas City, Dec 14, 1981 Feat. Mick Taylor as special guest.
Sounboard Recording (mono).
Previously only 6 tracks from this show available.
Crossfire Hurricane KC3/4
Live in Kansas City, dec 15, 1981.
VG-Exc. audience recording, entire concert, incl. the previously missing 6 tracks from the dec. 15 show.
By the way,the front of the digipacks says also "soundboard", it is almost soundboard quality.
So now we know! Greetings, Grard.
