I have buy a Copy of this DVD from amerzon.de for EU 28,26.
It comes with a yello Sticker says:"Goods do not meet the Requirement of
Article 9 and 10 of the Contract for the Foundation of the European Community"
It's not work on my BluRay - Recorder.
Can anyone send me a DVD that woks in the E.U.?
I will buy EU 40.-

Yes,but it only works for the US - Ntsc - System.
I think I need a Ntsc DVD Player and a Ntsc Tv,to play this DVD.

Many DVD are multi zone capable, you can put in a code to allow it to play NTSC
