Could you do a "search" for APCD 012 ? (not the entire name, just APCD 012)

BTW, if I sign out as a premium user and try the link, I also get "non available".
When I log in again and then try the link, it works.....

It's not my link, so I can't chance the attributes (maybe the uploader restricted this one to premium users?)

I'll upload the file to the vault again and see what happens.

Nope, same result, maybe, because the warning says that it may 'contain content that violates our policies", only the uploader (or in this case the user of this particular Vault account), can see and download it?
