OT - Spliting Tracks

Hello everyone! I would like to know how to split tracks from one big file. I would love to get the Ace and Gene concerts below, which are in almost perfect quality on to my ipod, but of course when you download the file, it's one big file. Many thanks!

You can do it in iTunes, or you can do it in Audacity as well.
In iTunes, it has to start in a compatible format.
