I believe, the original upload appeared on long dead by now torrent tracker rocksoff a few weeks ago after the show in 2006. The download was something like 4.7Gb ready for DVD. After that it was all over the place. In Europe grey market DVD was widely available in stores a few years back. Not sure about the origin of HD downloads, but they exist too. Sorry, never pay too much attention to bootleg blurays
