Correct. Ya-Ya´s is the 27-11 instrumental track with vocal overdubs. No other alterations.
Both correct. Satisfaction is 28-11 1st until the guitar solo, then it changes to 28-11 2nd, right after that nasty wave of feedback.
The complete 28-11 1st Satisfaction is on the Ya-Ya´s bonus CD. An absolutely scorching version.
In terms of an honest presentation of the musical performances that occured during the 1969 tour, that movie is a complete mess and total failure with interrupted and cut songs, countless and extremely poor edits of footage where the band is clearly playing a completely different tune than what is being heard and performances from different concerts spliced together, all for dramatic effect I suppose.
The only unaltered musical performance is JJF at the beginning but even this is splattered with intercut footage from different concerts/performances.
The Maysles footage itself is stellar and fascinating to watch though, it just needs to be edited correctly to present a true documentation of what happened during these shows. The Ya-Ya´s bonus DVD has proven it can be done with uninterrupted footage from the actual performances and audio without edits. Thankfully, it also appears that the original film reels still exist. I am sure they could present at least one full MSG setlist with tunes from different nights from the material in they have in the archive.
I made a rip of the DVD audio for myself back when it was released. This can be easily done with a standard ripping tool like DVD Audio Extractor.
That DVD has arguably the best Version of Under My Thumb played during the 1969 tour, taken from 28-11 1st, certainly my most favorite version ever. They play it at a very slow tempo, exactly like at Altamont, Keith´s take on his guitar solo is very gentle and beatiful, the band does not rush the song as they sometimes did and it´s the last time when they played it as a medley with I´m Free at the and. Sadly, the end is cut / edited on the DVD.
Very unfortunately, the ABKCO Dump did not include the rest of the 28-11 "breakfast Show". We are still missing Love In Vain, Prodigal Son, You Gotta Move, Midnight Rambler and Live With Me.

I've been playing this Under My Thumb and the new Ruby Tuesday all night! The Under My Thumb is great!
As evidneced by the new tapes -HTW from Ya Ya's is also from two shows: it starts with the second show of the 28th, and changes to the 27th show just before the solo section.

Sticky Fingers magazine's review of Shot of Salvation says Street Fighting Man from this disc is the same as the
Street Fighting Man released on Get Yer Ya Yas Out. I know it's the same one as in the Gimme Shelter movie when
all of the equipment was being moved to Altamont. Sticky Fingers mag says it's the 28th, first show. Anyone
know if the above info is correct? Is SFM from Shot of Salvation the same as YaYas?

Sticky Fingers magazine's review of Shot of Salvation says Street Fighting Man from this disc is the same as the
Street Fighting Man released on Get Yer Ya Yas Out. I know it's the same one as in the Gimme Shelter movie when
all of the equipment was being moved to Altamont. Sticky Fingers mag says it's the 28th, first show. Anyone
know if the above info is correct? Is SFM from Shot of Salvation the same as YaYas?

It was released along with two undoctored Ya-Ya´s tracks on the 1990 Bootleg CD "A Shot of Salvation". Street Fighting Man from 28-11 1st without the vocal overdubs and original vocal intact and Love In Vain from 26-11 with Mick´s pre-song chat included.

Gimme Shelter is different from the edited version which plays during the Gimme Shelter movie credits at the end. It is the full performance with Keith´s intro, all verses and both Keith guitar solos included as well as Mick and Keith pre-song talk ("One of you can chill one little girl..." "Come on fellas don´t riot").
It´s worth seeking out and the track gives a good indication of what a complete and professionally mixed multitrack Altamont sounds like.
