Has the Legendary Apple Acetate ever been released on vinyl in any other boot other than the super-rare Broadway? I have seen several different boot CDs of this album, but no LPs.

No. Only on Broadway. Best source for this acetate: "Get Yer Alternate Ya Yas Out" (IMP). Better quality than the DAC release "Broadway".

I know I'm coming aboard late, but I need a CD copy of either "Get Yer Alternate Ya-Ya's Out" (IMP-N-020), or the original "Get Your Ya-Yas Out" on Sapromo. I have access to "Fcuk Your Ya-Yahs" but I'd prefer the original track order.

Silver copy is not necessary.

The bonhams site looks like the actual acetate to me, not the Broadway Boot.
