POST: Mick TAYLOR with Mayall's Bluesbreakers: 16 December 1982 in Santhià (additing volume to the series)
To help you wait until the Marseille show or the BLEU victory this afternoon
...................................................................
One year after we posted this series devoted to Mick Taylor with John Mayall’s Bluesbreakers in Europe in 1982 and 1983 you will get a nice supplement. With Thanks to nzb who provided lots of uncirculated shows for this series, to my friend Riccardo (Mr No) and to Jaap (Stonesmuziekfan) without whom this project wouldn’t have been possible and in this case to the Straospheric Captain who uploaded a rare recording by I.T. (with edit work by Zuma66).

As usual all the infos are taken from The Rolling Stones Complete Works Database by Nico Zentgraf [
nzentgraf.de].
Very good quality show but lossy, with a little rumble and the sound a little muddy.
To upgrade it I duplicated the channels and equilibrated them (1 or 2db were added on the right channel). I deleted the microgaps between the tracks and I reworked the transitions. I corrected some defaults but some still remain:
- a little gap before « Catfish Blues »
- « Italiano Style » was cut in two parts by a fade in/out
Note that:
- « Little Baby » is announced as « I’ll Come With You »
- The poster (see on the back cover) announced John McVie but he was replaced by Steve Thompson for this tour.
The little story now: I found this show by chance on the Russian downloading site (!)
