Scroll down the page and you find in the lower right side a button called 'langsamster download' what means 'slowest download option'. Click on it and a pop up window wll open. Close this window and you can find the green button again. You have to fill in first the letters and numbers and then click again on the green button. This should work...

The space at the same place. Just scroll the page and you will find again the green button 'langsamster download'. Above of it there are letters and (maybe) numbers. You have to write them as they are shown in the white box below.
