ISO: Interview CD Information

I recently ordered this interview CD, but the order was cancelled by the seller. Now, before I re-order it from another seller, I'm curious as to two things... First, does anyone here have any information about this CD? And second, does anyone already have one that they're willing to share the audio from? smiling smiley

It's a limited-edition, shaped picture disc CD by Sonotec, and I seem to remember reading somewhere earlier that it had a 1999 interview
