That is from Bremen (Germany), Weserstadion, September 2, 1998.

It was broadcasted in TV in whole Europe. There were also Bootleg-DVDs (e.g. in Urban Steel's former collection) of the complete show as well as of the shortened broadcast (e.g. germany's SAT.1).
