I suppose the question is whether he is an actual fan...he may be one but he's a reseller first, if not he would be ripping these CDs and putting them on WeTranfer or Mega for all to enjoy.

Well, black and blue then.
black is only a combination of several coulours, this is why (for uneducated people (75% of our planet & increasing constantly)) paradoxically, a black vinyl should cost more to produce than a "coloured" one, f. instance

The spirit of this place is not to make business with recent live performances. A seller can send a rare or collector's items.

In defense of the bootleg biz and Gilles :
so far we've had two tapes of the Tokyo shows :
- one (from T-3) made by an amateur recorder who shared his tape at Dime, it sounds pretty poor.
- one (from T-1) ripped from a commercial boot which sounds excellent (http://www.iorr.org/talk/read.php?2,1996953)
So it's not all black (pro-tapers/ugly bootleggers) and white (nice amateur tapers/fans).
