Newark 12-13-12, L.A. 5-3-13, Toronto 2013 show DVD's?

I know these shows (or all except one of the Toronto?) have links on here for download, but no matter how hard I try, I can't get any of them to work. Would anyone possibly be willing to make me copies? I can send blank discs if needed. Please e-mail me if you can help.
