Saitama 2006 - available in HD?

The only copy I can find is an interlaced DVD. It is in decent quality but had a few very tragic flaws...
1. The concert was filmed in 16:9 but whoever authored the dvd did it as 4:3 with black bars. DVD has a very limited resolution so this causes a dramatic drop in quality.
2. Bitrate - very low! I run a video production company so this stuff drives me crazy. Even as a standard definition DVD this thing should look SO much better if done correctly at a variable bitrate and correct resolution.
Does this concert exist in HD? If not, does anyone have access to a raw recording of this concert? Fantastic performance from ABB, one of the standouts to me.
