Not very technologically minded, what is the best (and free) programme to convert FLAc TO MP3? I tried one or two; one downloads 50% of each song unless you pay, the other has a voiceover advert after you download and then asks you to pay...^

sorry i don't know ? but there must be some free convertprogramme ?

The instrumental versions of the songs are great since the guitars are up front.

It would be great if someone would matrix the official releases with the instruments versions so the guitars would be higher in the mix.

I tried to matrix but I have no talent to matrix. Everything was out of sync and echoed.

If someone would take on this project, I'm sure everyone would appreciate it.

Now with better sound it would be well worth the effort to bring up that great guitar work!

Yes I've encountered this problem occasionally with jpg files.
I suppose it's all to do with the imaging software. My solution was to open the file using a program called 'irfan view' . Then save the image as a bmp file. Now open with 'Paint' and re-save as a jpg. Alternative imaging programs will probably work as well..

The strange thing in this case is that I can open jpg files, that why I thought it could be some kind of problem with these files.

[using windows photo viewer as standard]

encountering such a problem,
i right-click on one of these files.
choose open with,
than choose one of the given possibilities.
